Gensler in Ottawa, Ontario seeks a Project Coordinator to support Design/Project Managers from proposal through close-out. You’ll help prepare contracts, track agreements, and manage project data to improve delivery and performance.

Required are a Bachelor’s in Architecture/Interior Design and 4–8 years’ experience, plus strong communication and MS Office skills. Base salary CAD 62,500–72,000 with a multi-layered compensation package including two annual bonuses.

• 4–8 years of experience in architecture/design coordination.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Support Design/Project Managers from proposal to project close-out.
• Assist with contract/proposal documentation and tracking.
• Coordinate with counsel, design managers and accounting on contracts and fees.
• Use project management tools to improve staffing, revenue plans and schedules.
• Record meeting notes and maintain project profiles.
