Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years' experience in architecture.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical and production lead for clients and stakeholders.
• Lead complex project requirements coordinating internal teams and external consultants.
• Provide strategic oversight of project budgets during Design Development and Production phases.
• Establish QA/QC standards and conduct senior-level reviews at all milestones.
• Plan and facilitate client, consultant, and internal project meetings.
• Prepare, coordinate, and issue deliverables including permit, bid, and construction packages.
• Oversee site assessments and translate conditions into design/production solutions.
• Mentor intermediate and junior staff, promoting BIM best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM standards and workflows.
