Industrial Alliance Investment Management Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Compliance, Operational Risk and Privacy to strengthen the risk and privacy program within iAGAM. You will support regulatory compliance and investment policies while handling risk indicators and incident management.

The role requires collaboration across teams, strong writing skills, and a blend of English and French communication. Hybrid work and growth opportunities are available in Canada.

Qualifications

• Holds a university degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, law, or related field.
• Has relevant experience in financial services, risk management, or compliance.
• Knowledge of financial products and portfolio management stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Support operational risk and privacy activities for iAGAM.
• Identify, assess, and monitor risks, controls, and indicators.
• Manage operational incidents, non-compliance matters, and privacy breaches.
• Contribute to governance, documentation, and reporting activities.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting investment activities.
• Assist process improvements and awareness initiatives across teams.
• Support Investment Compliance with policies and breach monitoring.
• Assist Regulatory Compliance with monitoring and controls.
