Job summary

Upper Canada Soap is seeking an Allocation & Demand Planning Analyst for a 6 month contract with a hybrid work arrangement in Mississauga. You will own demand planning, replenishment, and allocation processes to improve fill rate, reduce aged inventory, and speed fulfillment timelines.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, automation of manual tasks, and cross‑functional collaboration with warehouse, sales, and operations teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own core demand planning activities including replenishment.
• Improve fill rate and inventory availability through planning tools.
• Analyze sales, forecasts, and lead times to create replenishment plans.
• Identify aged or slow-moving inventory and adjust planning logic.
• Collaborate with supply chain, commercial, and operations teams.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within demand planning and allocation.
