Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Business, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Statistics, Data Analytics, Health Sciences, Operations Management, or related field.
• Excellent organizational skills with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High attention to data accuracy and detail.
• Strong computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid/remote setting.
• Adaptable to changing requirements and timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Curiosity about pharmaceutical sourcing, commercial operations, and healthcare programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for provincial vaccine and Pharmaceutical Partnerships programs.
• Develop, coordinate and distribute communications to stores about program updates.
• Provide L2 support to stores and coordinate with internal/external partners for timely resolution.
• Maintain provincial public vaccine data and government portal submissions.
• Maintain program documentation, procedures, and trackers for consistency.
