Job summary

Intact Financial Corporation is seeking an Operational Excellence Business Advisor within the Claims Optimization team to drive efficient processes and deliver unmatched customer service. You will act as a national representative for the Claims function with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and rigorous delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience as an advisor, analyst or similar role.
• Experience with process improvement and continuous improvement, incl. AI-enabled methods.
• Experience in journey transformation, service design, and process mapping.
• Ability to run strategic workshops with business and technical partners.
