Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Admissions & Strategic Partnerships Coordinator to support student admissions, stakeholder engagement, digital outreach initiatives, and career services collaboration. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employers, community partners, referral agencies, and institutional partners
  • Provide admissions counseling to prospective students, including program information, eligibility guidance, and enrollment support
  • Support digital media and marketing initiatives in coordination with the administration and marketing teams
  • Work closely with the Career Services team to support employer engagement, student employability initiatives, and placement-related activities
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing college events, information sessions, orientations, and outreach activities as required
  • Maintain accurate records, follow institutional policies and procedures, and support reporting and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in sales, admissions counseling, student recruitment, or business development in a client-facing role
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to speak other languages such as Hindi, Punjabi is an asset
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Proven ability to handle pressure while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
