Robertson College is seeking a proactive Student Admissions Advisor to be the first point of contact for prospective students. You will conduct outbound calls, guide applicants through enrollment steps, and ensure compliance with program requirements.

Hybrid work from the Winnipeg Campus, with regular check-ins and collaboration across Admissions, NLG, and Legal departments. A background in sales or admissions and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in business administration or a related field is an asset.
• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in sales, relationship building, or a related field.
• Experience in customer service, admissions recruiting, education, or outbound contact center roles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse individuals.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong telephone skills with prior experience in handling high-volume calls is an asset.
• Friendly, energetic, and positive attitude towards engaging with prospective students and team members.
• Familiarity with internet-based communication tools and platforms to support virtual interactions.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified candidates for the college's programs in a compliant and professional manner.
• Contact prospective students promptly after interest and guide on enrollment and admissions processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and program requirements for all students.
• Verify English proficiency for program entry and administer approved entrance assessments as needed.
• Enter student information accurately into systems and keep records up to date.
