Export Packers Company Limited, based in Brampton, Ontario, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator for a maternity leave contract. You will manage full-cycle AP, verify invoices, and maintain strong vendor relationships while supporting month-end close.

Hybrid work includes 1 day from home per week, with competitive benefits and RRSP matching. The role requires 2–3 years in AP, a high school diploma (Accounting a plus), and proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a full-cycle Accounts Payable role.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or Business is an asset.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Navision or Dynamics 365 is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle accounts payable processing and ensure timely payment.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and receiving docs for accuracy.
• Process vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursements with high accuracy.
• Prepare cheque runs, EFTs, wires, and other payments within terms.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
