Job summary

Clearway Group of Companies is seeking a Finance Coordinator for a 6-month contract at its Maple, Ontario head office. The role reports to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and supports the Finance Department in end-to-end AP activities, vendor communications, and month-end close.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in AP, with proficiency in Excel and standard Office tools, and a degree or certificate in a related field. AODA accessibility commitments are noted in company policy.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in Accounts Payable or similar role.
• Construction industry experience is a plus.
• Degree/Certificate in related field.

Responsibilities

• Record and process vendor invoices accurately.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and packing slips.
• Assist with month-end close and reporting processes.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Support AP team with audit preparation and year-end activities.
