Job summary

Arc’teryx is seeking a temporary Account Operations Representative for PRO in North Vancouver. You will support commercial and operational objectives, manage inquiries, and ensure efficient order processing while collaborating with Account Management, Business Development, and cross-functional teams.

You will help drive performance through data-driven processes, system usage, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a hybrid work setup and eligibility to work in Canada.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in customer service, retail, or customer-facing roles.
  • 1+ year supporting B2B sales or business customers.
  • Strong communication and collaboration with sales teams and cross-functional partners.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with end-to-end ownership.
  • Excellent organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Excel and CRM/SAP environments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Account Operations Supervisor in executing commercial service objectives.
  • Serve as the primary contact for inbound sales leads and route them appropriately.
  • Oversee day-to-day order management, including fulfillment and issue resolution.
  • Support B2B Embellished Retail and Uniform Program tracking and Salesforce/SAP activities.
  • Maintain commercial reports, tools, and content for stakeholders.
  • Monitor inventory and order data to optimize demand and movement.

Reports to: Account Operations Supervisor

Location: North Vancouver, B.C.

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As a temporary, Account Operations Representative for PRO, you play a key role in supporting commercial and operational objectives by enabling efficient business processes, maintaining operational excellence, and delivering a seamless customer experience. Working closely with Account Management, Business Development, and cross-functional teams, you help drive business performance through operational support, process optimization, and effective issue resolution. Leveraging data, systems, and continuous improvement initiatives, you contribute to scalable solutions that support growth and organizational success.

Please note, this is a temporary role until October 2027.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

The PRO team is a highly versatile sales and service team within the Commercial Department at Arc’teryx. We provide purpose-built solutions for professional end users and strategic partners who rely on our products to perform their craft at the highest level. The Account Operations team is focused on delivering professional, efficient, and proactive support to deliver and enhance our value proposition to our targeted consumers, strategic business partners, government organizations, and procurement officials.

  • Assisting the Account Operations Supervisor in executing strategic commercial service objectives and supporting key operational initiatives
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for inbound sales leads, managing inquiries and connecting prospects with appropriate channel partners
  • Overseeing day-to-day order management operations, such as ensuring timely order fulfillment and resolution of order, shipping, logistics, and return-related issues
  • Supporting the B2B Embellished Retail and Uniform Program by maintaining program tracking tools, coordinating embellishment requirements, and managing related Salesforce and SAP activities
  • Maintaining commercial reports, sales tools, and content across internal and customer-facing platforms, ensuring accurate and accessible information for stakeholders
  • Utilizing inventory and order reporting to monitor demand, track product movement, and identify inventory optimization opportunities
  • Facilitating customer and product data maintenance to ensure information accuracy across systems
  • Developing and maintaining process documentation, training materials, and workflow standards to improve operational efficiency and support internal teams
  • Driving process improvements and automation initiatives to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Enhancing reporting and analytics capabilities to provide actionable business insights and support data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management, demand planning, and customer service processes
  • Supporting system enhancements and technology implementations to improve operational effectiveness and scalability
  • Developing training resources, operational standards, and best practices to strengthen team capabilities and consistency
  • Contributing to strategic business initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, support growth, and optimize commercial operations
  • Traveling as required to support the commercial and sales teams at tradeshows, customer visits, and to owned events
  • You have 2+ years of customer service, retail, or customer-facing experience
  • You have 1+ years of experience supporting B2B sales or business customers
  • You Demonstrate strong communication skills and can effectively collaborate with sales teams, customers, and cross-functional partners
  • You take a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and confidently own challenges through to resolution
  • You possess exceptional organizational skills, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • You have experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and ERP systems such as SAP
  • You adapt quickly to changing priorities and can effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • You are able to balance autonomy and collaboration
  • You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
  • You seek the best (but sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment

The salary range for this role is: CAD$62,000 - CAD$81,000
