Job Description

This entry-level role supports installation, maintenance, and servicing of commercial HVAC systems. NAS employees are our assets—productive, well-trained, and promoted.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with preventative maintenance, repairs, and calibration
• Maintaining systems using technical skills
• Working in teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Adhering to safety protocols
• Performing additional duties as assigned
• Flexibility for overtime, on-call, and weekends

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• HVAC trade school graduate with a GPA of 3.5 and good attendance (preferred)
• 1+ years mechanical support or HVAC experience (preferred)
• EPA Type I & II or Universal Certification (preferred)
• NATE certification (a plus)
• Valid driver’s license with a good record
• Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 90 lbs., and work at heights
• Technical aptitude for maintenance and troubleshooting
• Excellent customer service and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently, complete paperwork, and self-schedule
• Willingness to relocate after training and travel locally

Physical Requirements

Technicians must be able to safely climb ladders, lift up to 75 lbs., and perform manual tasks at heights and in various conditions.
