What will you do?

• Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
• Service HVAC equipment and accessories professionally, according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and instruct customers on proper care and maintenance.
• Be willing to learn and grow as part of a progressive customer service-oriented team.
• Create positive relationships with customers, offer other company products/services, and demonstrate communication, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction skills.

What do you bring?

• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Gas Technician II license.
• Certificate of Qualification as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario – 313d).
• Valid Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) card.
• Class G Driver’s License.
• 3-5 years of field experience in water heaters and HVAC service (asset).
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and standby duties.
• Physical ability to perform tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in various environments.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies.
• Punctuality and dependability.
• Willingness to wear company-provided uniform.
• Maintain company vehicle in a neat, clean, and safe condition.
