What will you do?

• Learn and grow as a vital part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
• Service HVAC equipment and accessories professionally for residential customers.
• Conduct inspections of appliances for residential users.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or designate.
• Adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
• Explain the benefits of high-efficiency equipment to customers.
• Ensure the safe operation of new installations and instruct customers on proper care and maintenance.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe company vehicle.
• Promote Reliance Home Comfort products and services on every call.

What do you bring?

• Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Experience as an installer or technician.
• Gas Technician ‘2’ (G2) license and at least 2 years of HVAC experience.
• Enrollment in the Apprenticeship program and active registration with OCOT.
• Effective HVAC lead generation and customer enrollment skills.
• Strong technical, customer service, and company metric performance.
• Valid full G Driver’s License.
• Ability to progress through all apprenticeship levels promptly.
• Physical ability to perform all job duties.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies related to electronics, electricity, and pressures.
