Responsibilities

• Learn and grow as part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
• Service HVAC equipment and accessories for residential customers.
• Inspect appliances for residential users.
• Perform duties as required by supervisor or designate.
• Adhere to all safety rules.
• Explain benefits of high-efficiency equipment to customers.
• Ensure safe operation of new installations and instruct customers on care and maintenance.
• Maintain company vehicle in a neat, clean, and safe condition.
• Promote Reliance Home Comfort products and services on every call.

Qualifications

• Dependable, ambitious, growth-oriented mindset.
• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Installer or technician experience.
• Gas Technician ‘2’ (G2) license and 2 years HVAC experience.
• Registered in the Apprenticeship program and in good standing with OCOT.
• Effective HVAC lead generation skills.
• Strong technical and customer service skills.
• Valid full G Driver’s License.
• Ability to progress through apprenticeship levels timely.
• Physically capable of performing job duties.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to learn new technologies (electronics, electricity, pressures).
