What will you do?

• Learn and grow as an essential part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
• Service HVAC equipment and accessories professionally, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and instruct customers on proper care and maintenance.
• Continuously learn and develop as part of a customer service-oriented team.
• Create positive relationships with customers, offer additional products and services, and demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

What do you bring?

• Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Gas Technician II license.
• Certificate of Qualification (C of Q) as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario – 313d).
• Valid Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) card.
• Class G Driver’s License.
• 3-5 years of field experience in servicing Water Heaters and HVAC equipment is preferred.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and standby duties.
• Physical ability to perform job tasks, including lifting, bending, squatting/kneeling, and working in various environments.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies, such as electronics and electricity.
• Punctuality and dependability.
• Willingness to wear company-provided uniform.
• Maintain a neat and safe company vehicle.
