Gpac, in partnership with a leading mechanical company, is seeking an HVAC Service Manager.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a well-respected company on a variety of commercial projects with significant potential for growth.

Responsibilities of the HVAC Service Manager:

• Quote projects and services to customers
• Hire and evaluate technicians
• Grow and manage the customer base
• Manage regional expenses
• Negotiate pricing with vendors and suppliers
• Inspect existing plumbing and HVAC equipment; perform repairs or modifications as needed
• Plan maintenance, repairs, or modifications; assign tasks to staff
• Analyze work orders to prioritize repairs and maintenance; evaluate system issues
• Determine and procure parts and supplies for repairs and maintenance
• Guide diagnosis and reporting of mechanical systems
• Coordinate work among plumbing, HVAC teams, other trades, departments, and contractors
• Monitor work performance, assist in complex jobs, and train staff
• Ensure installations and repairs comply with all codes
• Work with suppliers to obtain cost estimates and oversee work performance
• Collaborate with customers and staff to project future repair and equipment needs for budgeting
• Maintain records of preventive maintenance on major equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned
