HVAC Operations & Maintenance Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Documentation and Reporting

• Monthly reporting as per contractual requirements
• Track project performance and document progress
• Provide updates to stakeholders and maintain documentation

Financial Management

• Oversee financial operations, budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
• Manage accounts receivable and payable
• Issue contracts in line with policies

Budgeting and Reporting

• Develop and monitor budgets for operations and projects
• Prepare financial reports and support strategic planning

Vendor and Facility Management

• Manage vendor relationships and contracts
• Oversee facility-related financial transactions and maintenance contracts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, facility management, project management, or related field
• Experience in facility management or project coordination is a plus
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Smartsheet, and SharePoint
