Job summary

Tilray Brands, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance on production and facility equipment at on-site locations in Winnipeg and Ste Agathe. The role focuses on reducing downtime, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting production teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in industrial maintenance, strong mechanical skills, and familiarity with CMMS systems. Relocation assistance is available for qualified applicants, and the department reports to the Maintenance

Qualifications

3 years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience (food production plant an asset).
Mechanical trades licensing as HVAC technician and gas ticket preferred.
Experience in maintaining preventive and ongoing maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

Performs troubleshooting, preventative and predictive, and diagnostic maintenance on production and facility equipment inside and outside.
Completion of work orders and ensure repairs meet quality, safety and sanitation standards.
Communicate and collaborate with Maintenance and Production teams to ensure efficient plant operation.
Ensures that Work Orders and all information are entered into COGZ Maintenance Management Program.
