Job summary

Venters Recruits is seeking an Inside Sales / Estimator to support its GTA business. You will quote, size, and deliver accurate airside solutions, coordinating with outside sales, engineers, and contractors.

Responsibilities include preparing quotes, take-offs, and estimates for HVAC airside products, reading drawings, and assisting in project timelines and execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC estimating, inside sales, or applications.
• Strong airside knowledge (air distribution, ventilation).
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive.

The Role

Our client is looking for an Inside Sales / Estimator to support its growing GTA business. This role sits at the center of the sales process—working closely with outside sales, engineers, and contractors to quote, size, and deliver accurate airside solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Support Outside Sales on project execution and timelines
• Work with engineers and contractors to interpret drawings/specs
