Job summary

Right Time Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead HVAC service and installation operations across the branch, ensuring exceptional service delivery, quality workmanship, and on-time project completion for customers.

You will manage a large team of technicians, optimize scheduling, monitor KPIs, maintain equipment and safety standards, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, HR, and Finance to drive growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive operational or field management experience in HVAC/home services.
• Proven leadership of large technician teams in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Strong scheduling, safety, and regulatory knowledge for field operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of HVAC service and installation teams.
• Ensure efficient scheduling, routing, and dispatch of technicians.
• Monitor KPIs like job completion rates, call-backs, cycle times and utilization.
• Maintain inventory, tools, and fleet to support field operations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance (including relevant guidelines).
• Support rollout of field technology systems to improve visibility and efficiency.
