About the Role

This role involves performing vehicle maintenance and repairs, developing practical skills, and contributing to our 'we can do that' operation. Responsibilities include:

• Performing basic vehicle care and maintenance, such as oil changes, lubrication, filter replacements, and tire services
• Communicating with Service Advisors and Shop Foremen about vehicle status
• Documenting all repairs and maintenance on repair orders
• Road testing vehicles as needed

Candidate Requirements

Ideal candidates will have:

• 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a Lube/Tire Apprentice Technician
• Post-secondary diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• A valid Driver's License and a clean Drivers Abstract
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
• The ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• A passion for quality work and continuous learning
