Black & McDonald Limited is growing its Utilities Technical Services team in Ontario. We seek an experienced Project Manager to oversee HV and MV substation EPC projects from inception to completion, coordinating planning, resources, and stakeholder communication to meet schedule, budget, and safety benchmarks.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure commissioning and handover, and contribute to a culture of innovation, safety, and reliability within a respected industry leader.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• 3–8 years as a Project Manager or Operations Manager in a related field.
• Experience in power utility landscape is an asset; HV/MV substation experience is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Define project goals, scope, timelines, budgets and risk management strategies.
• Allocate resources, manage internal teams, subcontractors and external collaborators.
• Serve as liaison for clients and stakeholders with regular updates and issue resolution.
• Identify risks, implement mitigations and manage changes in scope, schedule or budget.
• Lead teams, oversee commissioning/testing and ensure smooth handover with documentation.
