Énergie NB Power is seeking a Learning Solutions Specialist in Fredericton to design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning programs that align with business goals. You will lead a small team, collaborate with subject matter experts, and drive learning initiatives that boost employee growth and performance.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Adult Learning/Instructional Design, 6 years of instructional design experience, and strong ADDIE knowledge.

As a Learning Solutions Specialist, you will serve as a learning and development expert, partnering with leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning solutions that support business objectives. You will provide day-to-day leadership and supervision, coaching, and mentoring to Instructional Designers and Instructors/Facilitators, lead medium to large-scale learning initiatives, and provide guidance on learning and development best practices. By helping to plan and prioritize work, oversee project schedules and timelines, and drive continuous improvement, you will play a key role in shaping learning strategies that help employees thrive and contribute to organizational success.
Preference will be given to those who have worked with Learning Management Systems (LMS) to publish content.
An equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered. Subject to competition response, the minimum qualifications may be modified.
An Eligibility List generated from this competition may be used to fill future vacancies at the same level within a period of up to 12 months.
