NB Power is hiring a CADD Technician to support CAD and document control across engineering and technical documentation for all divisions. This role is part of the Corporate Document Control and CAD Service Team.
The ideal candidate holds a post-secondary Engineering Technology diploma and at least two years of CAD-related experience with Microstation and/or AutoCAD, in an electrical utility or heavy industrial setting. A Class 5 licence is required, and security clearance may be required.
Salary range: $31.97 - $43.76 hourly based on 40 hours per week

As part of the Corporate Document Control and Computer Aided Design (CAD) Service Team, the CADD Technician is responsible to provide CAD and document control support to all aspects of engineering and technical documentation for all divisions across NB Power.

Due to security requirements at Canadian Nuclear facilities, the successful candidate will require a Site Access Security Clearance which includes verification of background information, references, a Criminal Record Name Check and a Canadian Security Intelligence Service security recommendation.
An Eligibility List generated from this competition may be used to fill future vacancies at the same level within a period of up to 12 months.
