Position: HR Specialist
Location: Remote
The purpose of this team is to support managers and employees with various HR-related cases, by coaching on low performance management, handling employee relations such as conflict resolutions, managing involuntary termination process, liaising with external counsel for post-termination negotiation, etc.
$70,000 - $75,000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
