AgeCare Corporate is seeking an HR Generalist to serve as the primary contact for assigned Communities and Site Leadership Teams, providing coaching on HR programs, benefits, payroll, and collective agreements. You will use Workday and UKG to track metrics and ensure compliance.

The role requires 3+ years in HR, experience with multiple sites, and knowledge of current employment legislation. Travel within assigned sites is expected, with a valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full Time, On-SiteFTE: 1.0, 40 hours weeklyEmployment Type: Regular Full TimeThe OpportunityThis position is the primary point of contact for the assigned Communities/Site Leadership Teams and staff, providing HR Generalist support and coaching on all Human Resource programs and services.
