Job summary

ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. in Vancouver seeks a Human Resources professional to lead learning and development across the regional office, coordinating programs, enrolment, stakeholder communications, and reporting.

You will manage learning platforms, analyze data to gauge effectiveness, and provide logistic support for development initiatives while partnering with external learning and event vendors to ensure quality and value.

Qualifications

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in MNC.
  • Proactive, accountable mindset — you take ownership and enjoy trying something new
  • Outgoing, agile, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent command of both written & spoken in English
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Visual communication or design skills a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Execute various learning and development programs, ensuring effective coordination of scheduling, enrolment, stakeholder communications, and reporting.

  • Champion diversity and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, fostering an inclusive workplace culture while strengthening the organization's social impact.
  • Gather and analyze employee feedback and engagement insights to identify trends, recommend improvements, and enhance the overall employee experience.
