At the local level, Vish helps salons eliminate waste, manage their inventory, increase service revenue, and provide valuable insight into their color business. At the global level, Vish will revolutionize supply chain management for the entire hair color industry.

The Role

Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the HR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s growth trajectory by attracting top talent, fostering a vibrant company culture and implementing initiatives that empower our employees to thrive professionally and personally.

Role Requirements:

1. Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to fuel our company's growth.
2. Champion and nurture our company culture, ensuring that it remains inclusive, engaging, and aligned with our core values.
3. Develop and implement strategies for professional development and employee engagement, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
4. Drive performance management processes, providing guidance and support to managers and employees to enhance individual and team performance.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that support our business objectives.
6. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights and recommendations on people-related matters to drive organizational success.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance our HR practices and processes.
8. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, facilitating orientation sessions and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and HR databases.
10. Benefits and Employee Assistance Program management.
11. Other duties as assigned.

Applicant Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
3. Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting top talent in a competitive market.
4. Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
5. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
6. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
7. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CHRP) is a plus.
