About the Role

Our client—a well-established HR consulting firm celebrating over a decade of success—is growing its team. We’re seeking an experienced Recruiter (or HR Manager with a passion for full-cycle recruiting) to partner with leadership on talent acquisition across diverse roles and industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end hiring processes, from role intake through offer negotiation and onboarding support.
  • Sourcing & Screening: Develop creative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals) and conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and in-depth interviews.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, candidate profiling, and status updates.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine workflows, tools, and candidate experience to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Employer Branding: Help craft compelling job descriptions and promote open roles within the community to attract top talent.

What You Bring

  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a recruiting or HR generalist role, with proven success managing multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and written skills; comfortable presenting to stakeholders and negotiating offers.
  • Self-Starter: Able to work independently, manage your own schedule, and own priorities in a flexible, remote environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse), MS Office suite, and virtual interviewing tools.
  • Winnipeg-Based: Must reside in or be willing to travel to Winnipeg for occasional in-person meetings (optional).
