We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our vibrant team in Calgary. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture, driving talent acquisition, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring that our HR policies and practices support our workforce effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  2. Oversee recruitment efforts, ensuring a strong candidate pipeline and effective onboarding/offboarding processes.
  3. Track training completion, ensure policy awareness, and support professional development initiatives.
  4. Manage employee relations, addressing concerns or conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
  5. Lead performance management processes and support employee development through training and mentoring programs.
  6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain employee records accurately.
  7. Develop and implement HR metrics to monitor and enhance the effectiveness of HR initiatives and employee satisfaction.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the fintech or technology sectors.
  3. Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
  5. Experience with ADP is a plus.
  6. Strong knowledge of employment laws and global workforce management.
