Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Human Resources Director for the Machine Vision Cameras group. You will partner with senior leaders to shape talent strategy, leadership development, and workforce planning across a global technology organization.

This role emphasizes aligning HR initiatives with business goals, driving employee engagement, and leading change across manufacturing and engineering environments. A minimum 10 years of HR leadership and a bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $124,400.00-$165,900.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
