Job summary

Teledyne Digital Imaging, part of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated, seeks a Human Resources Director for the Machine Vision Cameras group. You will partner with senior leaders to shape talent strategy, leadership capabilities, and organizational design to enable innovation and growth on a global scale.

You will lead talent reviews, succession planning, and development initiatives while addressing skills gaps and driving engagement, change management, and HR programs across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong business acumen aligned HR strategy with business goals.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience leading talent management, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
  • Employee relations, performance management, and employment law expertise.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in complex, global organizations.
  • Experience working within a global organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Advantage: experience in manufacturing, engineering, technology, or industrial environments.

As Human Resources Director for the Machine Vision Cameras Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the talent, leadership, and organizational capabilities that support innovation and long-term growth. Salary Range

$124,400.00-$165,900.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
