Job Type: Full-Time

Wage - $55,352 annually

As a critical member of the HR team, you assist with talent acquisition, develop new team members, and maintain staff information. Your administrative support is essential to the success of the HR department, ensuring smooth and effective operations for our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with new hire training and support.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing HR mail and paperwork.
  • Handle requisition process for job openings, including candidate search and application review.
  • Coordinate training and scheduling of new team members with managers.
  • Stay updated on employment law issues.
  • Support HR team with research and special projects.
What You Bring
  • Diploma or degree in human resources with 2-5 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Solid writing skills, efficient multitasking, and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional people skills and understanding of labor laws.
  • Ability to respond promptly to team member requests and concerns.
  • Solution-driven personality with a focus on helping staff meet goals.
  • Experience in talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
