Job Type: Full-Time

Wage - $55,352 annually

As a critical member of the HR team, you assist with talent acquisition, develop new team members, and maintain staff information. Your administrative support is vital to the success of the HR department, ensuring smooth and effective operations for our staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with new hire training and support.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing HR mail and paperwork.
  • Handle requisition process for all assigned job openings, including sourcing candidates and reviewing applications/resumes.
  • Coordinate training and scheduling of new team members with department managers.
  • Stay updated on employment law issues.
  • Support the HR team with research and special projects.

What You Bring

  • Diploma or degree in human resources with two to five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong writing skills, efficient multitasking, and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional people skills and knowledge of labor laws and standards.
  • Ability to respond to team member requests and concerns promptly.
  • Solution-driven personality who enjoys helping staff achieve their goals.
  • Experience in talent acquisition.
  • Minimum of two years of human resources experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
