The Human Resources Coordinator position is located in Vancouver, BC and reports directly to the Human Resources Generalist.
The HR Coordinator supports the HR Generalist and the BC Region with a full range of human resources and coordination activities such as: recruitment, employee relations, benefits, training, and other employee services. As HR Coordinator, you will create a smooth experience for all our employees, whether it’s day-to-day requests, assisting with onboarding, or helping with HR inquiries. You will be involved in a variety of tasks from onboarding, offboarding, data audits, HR reporting, rewards programs, and other employee services. The ideal candidate for this position must have exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with a high attention to detail and confidentiality. The expected salary range for this role is between $65,000 and $75,000. The starting salary will be based on several factors such as the successful candidate’s qualifications, including but not limited to education and experience. Salary is one component of Black & McDonald’s total rewards package. Total rewards vary by position and may include additional offerings such as group insurance benefits, pension plan, annual performance bonus, career development programs, and other HR programs.
