A leading organization, the Canadian Institute, is looking for an HR Coordinator on a temporary contract. The role requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional to enhance HR functions from recruitment to employee relations, supporting a diverse and inclusive workplace. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree and relevant HR experience, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
CI is hiring an enthusiastic and proactive HR professional to join the team on a Temporary 18-month contract basis. The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator will support the HR function across a variety of activities that will promote our company’s values and goals across the global offices. Heavy emphasis will be placed on supporting full-cycle recruitment, and will also include assisting with benefits administration, payroll administration and special projects. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, committed to excellence with a strong employee centric yet business aligned approach.
