We are actively seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our People Services Team. As a strategic partner, you will work closely with our Labour Relations leader to provide expert HR advice and guidance to an assigned client group, ensuring alignment with HR best practices and hospital strategic goals.
Employment Status: Permanent Full-Time
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, with occasional overtime and weekend work
Location: Humber River Health, Wilson Site, with occasional travel to Finch and Church sites
Labour Group: Non-Union
Reporting Relationship: Manager, Labour Relations
