Lynn Rodens is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support a large industrial manufacturing operation in Thunder Bay. You will partner with operations leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies across workforce planning, ER, leadership development, and performance management.
The role reports to the Director of HR and will require up-to-date knowledge of employment standards, labour law, and union relations.

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 + Annual Bonus (16-20 percent)
