$180,000 - $210,000 Base + 25% Bonus + Car Allowance + Equity + Full Benefits


The Opportunity

An industry-leading manufacturing organization is seeking a senior Human Resources leader to oversee people strategy across a large Canadian manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution network.


This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for partnering with executive leadership across multiple manufacturing facilities and distribution operations while driving workforce strategy, labour relations, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, talent management, and culture initiatives at scale.


The successful candidate will serve as the senior HR leader supporting a geographically dispersed operation and will play a critical role in influencing business performance through people, leadership, and organizational capability.


Key Responsibilities

What You Bring

Preferred Experience


  • Multi-site manufacturing leadership experience

  • Collective bargaining and grievance management expertise

  • Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, TPM, or High-Performance Work Systems exposure

  • Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and operations

  • Large-scale workforce planning and succession planning initiatives
