Job Description: You will be the driving force behind fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and growth within our organization. As a key member of our HR team, you will shape our talent strategies and act as a proactive consultant, advocate, and change agent for both employees and leadership. Your role will help transform human resources into a strategic force driving our business towards success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative HR solutions aligned with business goals, fostering a high-performing, engaged workforce.
  2. Champion Agile HR practices to support iterative planning, collaboration, and empowered decision-making.
  3. Drive continuous growth by enabling impactful performance conversations, coaching leaders, and fostering a feedback-rich environment.
  4. Use data analytics to provide insights and drive informed, agile HR strategies aligned with business needs.
  5. Participate in workforce planning initiatives with managers and finance to anticipate future talent needs.
  6. Lead and evaluate strategic HR initiatives and projects within set timelines and guidelines.
  7. Promote an inclusive work environment through programs that support diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Work Experience:

  • Background in HR, business, or leadership through experience, career shift, or both.
  • Experience partnering with leaders on people-related challenges, including team development and organizational change.
  • Proven record of driving initiatives to improve performance, retention, or culture.
  • Comfort in coaching and advising leaders, balancing strategic and hands-on approaches.
  • Experience in adaptable environments with shifting priorities, focusing on solutions.

Specific Competencies:

  • Bilingual in English/French, supporting customers across Canada and the US.
  • Strategic thinker with HR diagnostic and coaching skills.
  • Ability to see the big picture and think creatively.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills in a diverse, multi-location environment.
  • Deep knowledge of change management, leadership development, and talent strategies.
  • Ability to work independently, identify, and resolve problems proactively.
  • Change agent with a learning attitude, streamlining processes, and promoting quality.
