As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll play a key role in supporting leaders and employees across our mining operations. We're looking for someone who is relationship-focused, business-minded, and confident navigating complex people matters, helping leaders make informed decisions while fostering a positive employee experience. In this role, you'll become a trusted advisor to your client group, partnering with leaders on workforce planning, employee and labour relations, workplace investigations, talent development, and day-to-day HR guidance. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working closely with operations and making a meaningful impact on both people and business outcomes.
Location:Fort McMurray, AB.Salary:$95,000–$110,000 annually, plus applicable travel and regional wage allowances.Work arrangement:Hybrid – providing the flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.Schedule:Monday to Friday.
