Job Title: Analyst, HR Systems Management

We are seeking an Analyst, HR Digital Solutions to join a dynamic HR technology team focused on delivering scalable, sustainable Workday solutions. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate within an agile team environment and help shape the future of HR services through automation, innovation, and thoughtful user-centric design.

As a key contributor, you will focus on designing and configuring new Workday solutions with an emphasis on Learning, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Help functionalities. You’ll play a critical role in improving employee experiences and operational efficiencies in a global HR ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with agile team members to develop and deploy Workday configuration solutions in a complex environment.
2. Translate business needs into refined technical requirements and prioritize high-impact work.
3. Identify and propose system enhancements to optimize HR processes, drive automation, and improve user experience in Talent Management and Development.
4. Maintain clear and accurate system documentation, including workflows, configuration logs, and SOPs.
5. Support ticket organization and accuracy within JIRA.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Hands-on configuration experience in Workday—not just supporting configuration.
• Deep knowledge and proven experience with:
• Workday Learning
• Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management (with emphasis on Time Off Calendar)
• Workday Help
• Workday Core HCM
• Ability to ensure data integrity, maintain confidentiality, and deliver high-quality work.
• Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven with strong time management skills.
