Job summary

Mammoth Equipment & Exhausts is seeking an organized HR Associate to support recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and Health & Safety. This role spans the full employee lifecycle and offers exposure to every stage from hiring to ongoing support.

You will coordinate interviews, maintain records, assist with benefits, training, and HRIS/ATS/LMS/payroll systems, and contribute to HR projects in a growing industrial environment.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in Human Resources, recruitment, or a fast-paced administrative role with significant customer service responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, mining, transportation, construction, or service industries.
  • Knowledge of Canadian and/or U.S. employment legislation.

This is primarily an office-based role with regular interaction across our office, warehouse, manufacturing, and service shop operations. Occasional travel between local company locations may be required. Appropriate PPE must be worn when entering operational areas.
