Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the recruitment process by creating posts, checking references, and hiring.
  • Support management to ensure familiarity and application of human resources practices, programs, policies, and regulations.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate employee data records and provide guidance to employees on the administration of the company's benefits plan.
  • Research and compile human resources statistics and offer recommendations.
  • Respond to employee and management inquiries.
  • Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives related to performance management, rewards and recognition, occupational health and safety, and career development.
  • Maintain thorough and updated knowledge of company policies, procedures, and regulations relevant to casino operations.

What You Bring

  • One year of Human Resources experience or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of human resources theories, practices, and legislation.
  • Strong writing skills, efficient multitasking, and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a good understanding of labor laws and standards.
  • Ability to respond promptly to team member requests, questions, and concerns.
  • A solution-oriented personality who thrives on helping staff meet their goals.
  • Insight and skills related to talent acquisition.
  • Experience with MS Office, especially Excel.
