We are seeking an HR Assistant, Legal and EDI to support our Legal and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Divisions by providing clerical and administrative assistance to Legal Counsel, People and Culture, and the Senior Manager, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
The role involves performing administrative tasks on various projects, handling highly confidential matters, assisting with legal document preparation, review, and disclosure, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents and presentations. You will also be responsible for data collection and related duties as needed.
Qualifications include a Diploma in Human Resources and 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in software applications such as SAP, Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and basic data management skills are required. A valid Driver’s Licence for British Columbia is also necessary.
