Job Description
The House of Commons’ Human Resources Services is currently looking to staff the Human Resources Advisor position.
The Human Resources Advisor provides strategic advice, support, and guidance on programs and initiatives that align with the priorities of the Workplace Health and Wellness team. In this role, you will develop, implement, and maintain policies, tools, and training in support of the employer’s obligations in the prevention of harassment, violence, and discrimination.
You will be responsible for providing project and policy support to the team, while contributing to the management of a wide range of operational and administrative matters related to workplace harassment and violence prevention and resolution, including the handling of related issues, notice of occurrences, and awareness strategies for both the House of Commons Administration and Members of Parliament.
