This is HR in action— the first point of contact, close to the issues, and essential to early workplace resolution. As an HR Advisor, you'll be the go-to partner for OPS leaders navigating complex HR issues and developing solutions and strategies to promote early workplace resolution. From interpreting policies and legislation to navigating sensitive labour relations issues, your role is to provide clear, risk-informed and practical advice that supports strategic decision-making. If you're passionate about enabling effective people management strategies, shaping HR programs, and being a trusted partner to OPS leaders, HR Advisory is where your skills belong.

HR Advisors facilitate early workplace resolution, and guide managers and directors in the application of a consistent enterprise approach to HR issues and people management strategies. This position plays a critical role in providing strategic advice to help OPS leaders make informed decisions and mitigate risks and is a key partner in promoting positive labour relations and supporting organizational transformation. As a trusted HR partner, you will identify opportunities to enhance HR operations to meet the evolving needs of the organization and foster a positive workplace culture.
