Alterra Mountain Company in Ontario is hiring a Temporary (Fixed Term) HR Administrative Assistant for a 12-month, full-time contract on-site at Blue Mountain Resort. You will be the first point of contact in Human Resources, supporting records, programs, and training initiatives.
Responsibilities include HRIS transactions, scheduling training, administering employee programs (apprenticeships, tuition reimbursement, high school co-op), front-desk coverage, and helping with HR communications.
As the first point of contact for many employees and guests, you will play a key role in the daily operations of the Human Resources department by providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, coordinating programs and training initiatives, and ensuring Human Resources processes run smoothly and efficiently.
