Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort Company is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support daily and seasonal scheduling, payroll accuracy, and Snow School product sales coordination under the supervision of the Administrative Supervisor.

You will work with department managers to ensure schedules meet budgets and employment standards, keep payroll data current, and help coordinate cross-team communication for Snow School programs.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary business/administration preferred.
  • 1–3 years of administrative experience; payroll experience is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office; SharePoint is a plus.
  • Strong customer service and service-recovery mindset; internal customer service.
  • Attention to detail with payroll entry and schedule management.

Responsibilities

  • Create daily and seasonal schedules in alignment with budgets and business needs.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and timeliness with supervisor oversight.
  • Support Snow School product sales and coordination with departments.
  • Maintain up-to-date staff information and pre-season program communication.
  • Assist and train Information and Reservation and Guest Services teams on Snow School processes.

HOURLY RATE: $21.69

FULL OR PART-TIME HOURS:
  • Full Time: 5 days/week including weekends from November to March Approx. 8am-5pm
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

With support from the Administrative Supervisor, the Administrative Coordinator is responsible for creating daily and seasonal schedules, ensuring the accuracy of payroll, and supporting product sales . They will work in conjunction with department Managers, Assistant Managers and Supervisors to ensure that daily and seasonal schedules are manageable for staff and in line with both departmentallabourgoals and employment standards. The Administrative Coordinator will work with the supervisor to make sure that payroll is on time and accurate and that all staff information is kept up to date. They will liaise with the necessary departments to coordinate the accurate set up and sales of Snow School products.

  • Prepare and maintain daily and seasonal schedules according to budgets and business levels.
  • Troubleshoot salesand bookings ofSnow School products.
  • Keep up-to-date information onallSnow Schoolstaff.
  • Coordinate pre-season communication with program participants.
  • Support andhelptrain the Information and Reservation andGuest Services teamswith regards toSnow School.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
  • High school diplomaorequivalent; Post-Secondary Business or Administration education ispreferred
  • One to three years related administrative experience; payroll experience an asset
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
